Volunteer Resources
At CEF Southwest PA, volunteers are always needed!
It is so rewarding to be part of a ministry that makes an eternal difference.
For the safety of the children we work with, every volunteer who will come into regular contact with the children must complete the required paperwork and background checks for CEF USA and for the state of Pennsylvania.
If you are a new volunteer, please fill out the "Volunteer Packet" and see the links below for the required clearances.

Clearances
PA Criminal History Check (required for ALL volunteers and staff)
Complete the free check by clicking the link. CEF of Southwest PA needs a copy once the check is completed.

PA Child Abuse Clearance (required for ALL volunteers and staff)
Complete the free check by clicking the link below. You will be required to create a user name and password.

FBI Fingerprinting (only required for volunteers who have NOT lived in PA for the last consecutive 10 years and ALL staff)
If you have lived in PA for the last 10 years or more you need to complete the disclosure statement included in the "Volunteer Packet" above.
If you have not lived in PA for the last 10 years you must be fingerprinted: IdentoGO​​
Mandatory Reporter Training
Click the link below to create a username and password and complete the training.
This course should take approximately 3-5 hours.
Once completed please send a copy of your certificate to CEF of Southwest PA.
